Q. Who can apply for a wholesale account?
A. Anyone in the Green Industry may apply for a wholesale account. ie, Landscapers, Retail Greenhouse Purchasers, Hardscapers and contractors.
Q. How do I apply for a wholesale account?

Q. Is there a cost to become a wholesale customer?
A. There is no Fee to register for a wholesale account.
Q. Do I need to have a business license?
A. Yes, a Business License is required to qualify for wholesale pricing.
Q. Is there a minimum order requirement?
A. No, there is no minimum order requirement.
Q. How do wholesale prices compare to retail pricing?
A. Wholesale pricing is based on previous years purchasing. We implement 3 tiers of wholesale pricing, starting with Gold moving to Platinum and Enterprise. Maximum discounted price can be achieved when an annual spend of $50,000 is achieved.
Q. If I achieve $50,000 in spending in my first year, will I be moved to Enterprise pricing?
A. Yes, when you surpass the threshold for each tier, new pricing will be effective on your wholesale account for the remainder of the year.
Q. Are there seasonal specials or wholesale promotions?
A. Wholesale pricing does not stack with any retail promotions that may be active.
Q. What products are available through your wholesale program?
A. You can see the wholesale categories HERE.
Q. Do you offer wholesale pricing on Tower Contracting's Bulk Yard material?
A. There is no current wholesale pricing in Towers Bulk Yard located next to Braeheid Gardens.
Q. Can I preorder products before the season begins?
A. Yes! We are happy to pre-plan your jobs for the season, though a 50% deposit may be required based on the scale of the project.
Q. How often is your inventory updated?
A. We receive around 10 - 15 semi trucks of Trees and Shrubs in a season. Our inventory is updated regularly.
Q. Is inventory live on the website?
A. Yes, Inventory is live on www.shopbraeheid.com
Q. How do I place a wholesale order?
A. Once your application is approved, you can place orders using the online store function of our website, and wholesale pricing will be displayed on the product pages. We can also receive orders placed through Email or over the phone.
Q. Can I modify or cancel an order after it has been placed?
A. If inventory was stocked in our Tree Nursery, then yes orders can be cancelled. If an order you placed required us to custom order your product, then a restocking fee may apply.
Q. Can I arrange my own freight carrier?
A. Yes, we can work with our trusted delivery logistics or you can arrange your own freight carrier.
Q. Will I be notified if substitutions are required?
A. Yes! We will always reach out if plant material is unavailable and we are happy to give you suggestions that may work in place of the requested plant material, prior to cancelling the order.
