Spike Broom

Heavy bloomer with erect spikes of golden yellow, pea-flower-shaped racemes in spring-early summer. Palm-shaped light green foliage turns yellow in fall. Very hardy, drought tolerant plant once established. All parts may cause upset stomach if ingested.
