Q. Are you open? What are your hours?
A. Our greenhouse is now officially closed for the summer and fall of 2020. We are excited to have a break, and enjoy family time. We will be open for select weekends, and when those are decided, you will find our hours ALWAYS up to date (even for holidays and long weekends) on our google listing.  https://g.page/Braeheid

Q. I want to order from you but want to wait for certain plants to come in stock. Can you hold plants for me until my order is big enough?
 
A. At this time we are unable to hold plants. You are able to place an order online, and if it has not yet shipped, you are able to use the "merge order" product to add to your pre-existing order.

Q. Do you have ________ in stock / when will you be receiving more _______?
A. We cannot comment on incoming product at this time. Please use our online store to see current stock levels. If a product is shown as sold out, please open the product page and enter your email address in the "Back in stock" notification bar so we can email you when they come back in stock.

Q. What is your policy on shipping plants from November 1st - April 30th?

Q. What are your hours?

A. Our hours change season to season, but you can always find our current hours on our Google Profile.

Q. Can you ship outside of Canada?
A. No we are only registered to ship within Canada.

A. Most of our Tropicals, Trees, Shrubs and dry goods are all available to see pricing online at www.shopbraeheid.com Give us a ring if you need to know a price before coming out and can't find it online!

Q. Where are you located?

A. We are on the corner of RR62 on Emerson Trail. On Emerson Trail on RR62 you will see a big "Oscars Pick-a-part" truck, along with a Braeheid Gardens Sign in the ditch. Turn South onto RR62 and we are the first business on your right. You can also find us on Google Maps and Apple maps.

Q. I live in ___________, do you have _________ in stock and can you ship to me? 

A. The only plants that we currently have available for online orders are currently listed on our website. Visit our online shop here: www.shopbraeheid.com

Q. Can I schedule a photoshoot at your greenhouse?

A. Yes! We'd be honored! The best time to schedule a photoshoot at the greenhouse is March - June & Aug - Oct. Our only request is that we are tagged as a location on Social Media posts and that we work out a time & date together before you show up. Call 780-933-5159 to schedule a time for a shoot!

Q. Are you open all year?

A. Starting July 1st 2020 we have officially decided to operate as a seasonal greenhouse again. We will be closed starting July 1st, 2020 but will remain available for online shopping with shipping and door delivery, and we will still be opening for Christmas trees and some houseplant pop-ups over the summer.

Q. Do you sell ______?

A. We offer Annuals, Perennials, Trees, Shrubs, Succulents, Houseplants,  Airplants, Terrariums, Giftcards, Soil (by the bucketload & Bagged) & lots more!

Q. Can you hold a plant for me?

A. Yes! We can hold plants once it has been paid for. Hop onto out online store www.shopbraeheid.com and place your order. Once the order has come thorugh, we will immediately pull your order.

Q. Do you accept etransfers for payment?

A. At Braeheid Garden we accept Mastercard, Visa, Debit, Cash. Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa debit. We do not accept E-transfers at this time.

Q. Are you able to donate to our silent auction?

A. It really depends on the time of year, but we typically would love to! We also have a more robust fundraising platform that has been very successful with previous and current fundraisers. Apply online HERE.

Q. What is your return policy on plants?

A. We have a 7 day, money back return policy on plants that have pests. If you bring home your plant to find aphids or any other pest, bring the plant back within 7 days with your receipt & we are happy to replace or issue a refund.
